Cool_Ride is a big initiative in making the planet greener as the trend of e-scooters, i.e., electric scooters (no usage of petrol, diesel here) makes the economy of ride-sharing greener and economical. Cool_Ride allows people to find and commute with an e-bike easily and this is a big shift towards sustainability. And this e-bike sharing concept very well suits sustainable lifestyle and this makes more and more people more towards it and resultantly opening a big business opportunity for the entrepreneurs.

Locate your CoolRide
Use the CoolRide app to find the closest vehicle in your region and get going.
Scan the QR Code
To unlock the vehicle quickly, scan the QRcode to access your CoolRide.
Enjoy Your CoolRide
Enjoy the CoolRide but remember to abide by all the traffic laws and parking policies.
End Your CoolRide
To end your ride, park the vehicle at a CoolRide station, lock it and click on the End button on your app.
Electric Stations
Initially we have decided to put up 4 electic stations in the city of Chennai. This functionality is important to be integrated into the e-Bike sharing app as it will allow the users to locate nearby bikes on the map.It will allow them to hire the bike easily with just one tap on their mobile screen. Electic stations will be utilised as the point of contact, customers will have to start and end their ride at any of these 4 electric stations. Initially we are setting up electric stations keeping in mind the locations with largest number of college student footfall. These 4 places are:
- A - SRM Ramapuram
- B - IIT Madras
- C - SRM Kattankulathur
- D - Chennai Airport
Scan and Ride
One crucial feature which will allow the users to easily scan the QR code to unlock the bike to start a ride and then lock the bike as the ride ends. It will offer the users to secure payments options so the amount can be paid easily..
Scanning this QR will take you to your default/desired UPI payment application and you can continue with the payment. With increasing digitalisation of currency, we find this as one of the most convenient method for payment purposes. Just Scan and CoolRide!!!
